Approach –  Regular review of safety practices to anticipate and develop strategies that work to avoid risk on a task-by-task level

Training – Certification and review of safe practices on equipment and tools used

Supervision – Qualified and accountable supervision for each project

Communication – Review of “near misses” or dangerous conduct to identify potential problems, after which, management meets and takes action to avoid future incidents
